THE NPK 23-10-05+6S+1ZN DIARIES

I tried ten/10/10 and it appeared to produce plenty of inexperienced plants but no abundant fruit. Beets experienced fantastic leaves but small beets, tomatoes experienced five ‘ plants but fruit was small rather than plentiful, what is this yard missing? I have a great deal of clay soil, have included sand , buried leaves from earlier calendar y
